All guesthouse reservations will be confirmed via an e-mail. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be cancelled without penalty; unless prior cancellation policy has been established as in special events and holidays. Cancellations that occur after our 7 days policy will be penalized a 50 % fee (plus tax) of your total reservation. This 50%  will be charged to your credit card after the cancellation period has passed and will be your deposit. Cancellations require a written notification by fax or e-mail to Beach Place Guesthouses. Failure to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of arrival date by 4 pm will result in 100% penalty for your stay.

All online specials, discounts and promotional codes can only be used to book a guesthouse(s) online.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change and are assessed 12% state and local to all rates.  A resort fee of $13.44 inclusive of tax will be charged effective April 1. 2019 to each guesthouse per night. All children under 16 years old are free. The number of total occupants must not exceed the maximum number allowed by the State Fire Marshall. Guesthouses are allotted one vehicle parking space per guesthouse.

Guesthouses are non-smoking - Violators will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the common deck areas and guesthouses patio garden areas.

All guests must be 21 years of age to register.
