Guesthouse Rates
All online specials, discounts and promotional codes can only be used to book a guesthouse (s) online.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to change. All children under 16 years old are free.
All additional guests over the age of 16 are charged $ 20.00 fee per guest per night. The number of total occupants must not exceed the maximum number allowed by the State Fire Marshall. Guesthouses are allotted one vehicle parking space.

Guesthouses are non-smoking
Violators will be charged a $ 500.00 cleaning fee.
Smoking is permitted outdoors on the common deck areas and guesthouses patio garden areas.

All guests must be 21 years of age to register.


Reservations
All guesthouse reservations (online and phone inquiries) require a 25 % (plus tax) credit card deposit. This deposit guarantees your reservation. The remaining balance of your guesthouse stay is due immediately upon your arrival.

Refund Policy
Beach Place Guesthouses will only refund deposits or accept early departures if there is a City of Cocoa Beach mandatory evacuation on the dates of your reservations.
Confirmations
All guesthouse reservations will be confirmed via an e-mail.
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

Cancellations
All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. All cancellations that occur after our notification policy will be penalized a 25 % fee (plus tax) of your total reservation. This penalty will be charged to your credit card. All cancellations require a written notification by fax or e-mail to Beach Place Guesthouses.

Stay from 2 to 14 nights require a 15 day written notice prior to your arrival date.

Stay from 15 days and over require a 30 day written notice prior to your arrival date.

All major holidays and special events require a 30 day written notice prior to your arrival date.


Pets Considered
All reservations with pets must be phoned directly to BPGH. Dogs only at 40 lbs (max) with current tags and vaccinations will be considered. Guests will sign a pet waiver.

Confidentiality `
We never sell or share our guest list with anyone
