Beach Place Guesthouses

Our Wedding on Sept 6th was so much more than we had hoped for because of you. Everyone that stayed there with us were so impressed and felt at home. The way we were all able to get together and visit on the sitting areas and beach made the whole weekend just perfect! The whole family was sad when we had to leave and are ready to come back! Carl and I were off to paradise and still sad we were leaving your piece of paradise. We were thinking we should renew our vows every year ;)
Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day as great as it was and we can't wait to come back.

What a well kept and relaxing place to stay, a perfect retreat.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well appointed, with stunning views and excellent well maintained outdoor areas.
Joseph and Hernando were welcoming hosts and really looked after us when tropical storm Fay hit during our stay. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help and hospitality while we were there in April for our wedding. We truly appreciated your help, and are SO glad that we chose Beach Place to stay at. We really did NOT want to go back home and could have stayed there forever! We could not have asked for more and LOVED La Virginia and would love to come back one day, soon! It would be impossible to extol the virtues of this wonderful property and do it justice. We were fortunate to find, and then make reservations at, this beautiful bit of heaven to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. On our last day, we fought against our work ethic to stay "just one more day"! Clean, beautiful, amenity-filled, gracious hosts, location - we could go on and on. We WILL be back, and often. Nice to have found two new friends in Cocoa Beach. We had the time of our lives, so much more personal and warm than a similiar trip to Hawaii... we are coming back soon. Relax, rejuvenate, reconnect...is exactly correct.
You have created an Oasis of peace and beauty right here in Florida. The minute we arrive we feel that we have "gotten away from it all" and the feeling lingers for days after we leave. When we spend time at the guesthouse we don't want to leave. Luckily there is no need to leave. Making our meals in the cottage and sitting on the deck with an ocean view is as they say priceless. The only problem is when we do have to go home and 4 year old Molly says "I wish we lived here". Hard to explain why we wouldn't want exactly that. We will be back.
