Joseph & Hernando: Just wanted to tell you "thanks" again for creating one of the most beautiful places on earth. The best time of our lives was spent with you two and our families in May 2008 for our wedding. Our families still talk about it. We missed you on May 10, 2009 (our first anniversary) when we stopped by to "renew" the experience we felt the first time we saw your property. You are amazing and gracious hosts that we call friends. We will see you again soon!

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE! MY FAMILY AND I STILL TALK ABOUT HOW BEAUTIFUL AND RELAXING OUR STAY WAS. WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!

Absolutely fantastic! We are so sad that we did not incorporate more time in our trip to stay longer. We had to pry ourselves to leave. It was so relaxing & amazing setting. It was the most enjoyable part of our trip and for our kids (over WDW). We appreciated usage of the beach chairs & sand toys for our son. The setting was tranquil and a exceptionally clean establishment.
We loved it & can't wait to come back!!! Wished we could have met Joseph & Hernando to thank them for creating such a neat place for guests, but Christie was so gracious & accomodating.
Recommending to anyone we know who is traveling to the area.

We never met Joesph and Hernado but Christie was the most welcoming host I ever had. The unit was perfect and very comfortable. The grounds were wonderful. We had the best family vacation especially since our dogs were welcomed. I have recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else who would listen. We will be back on a regular basis.

Fantastic stay!
I grew up in the area and was delighted to find this DESTINATION guest house. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend anyone looking for laid back relaxation to book Beach Place Guesthouse! Joseph and Hernando, we consider you new friends.

This place is paradise! Hernando was the best host ever. They provide everything- beach towels, chairs, umbrellas.. The sunsets and the beach were gorgeous, and Hernando provided every comfort. The rooms were very well equipped, clean and renovated. I am going back, and hopefully soon.

The property is fabulous...Hernando and Joseph's hospitality is next to none...relaxing and romantic all wraped up into a little piece of heaven!
We were supposed to leave on a Wednesday,but,loved it so much we extended our stay until Friday.
We brought our 2 young daughters and they loved it. With children or without the experience would be the same! Joe and I want to make this our Yearly destination!
I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Thanks for hosting Holly/Trent's wedding. I must say, it was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, warming, relaxing, picturesque, and enjoyable experiences I have ever had. You guys were very accomodating and patient with my family. Your hospitality helped strengthened our family's bond and made Holly/Trent's wedding memorable. I left your beach resort promising myself to return to it in the future. Just laying in that hammock, watching the afternoon waves crawl up to the beach, and having relaxation and serenity embrace me, I thought to myself, "Now, this is a vacation." Thanks, guys.

Thank you for an amazing week! We had a very relaxing and funfilled holiday at the Beach Place Guesthouses. The kids had a great time and we got just the sun and sea we were looking for. You guys have a wonderful place.

Our family stayed here during Easter break for ten days and it was fabulous. Several friends have asked where we stayed and I let them know and told them to try it out. The beach is so close and Hernando and Joseph provide everything that you need for the beach (chairs, boards, buckets). The unit that we stayed in was great (Alice's Garden). Staying here was like staying on a luxuary island. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Since it is located in a residential area you do not get all the noise like you do from staying in a resort. Hernando and Joseph were concerned and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very polite and wanted to make sure our stay was everything we desired.

Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. Hernando, the evening fire was delightful! We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been much longer. We had so hoped to find a place of peace and tranquility and found just that. Please give our best to Nancy and Maureen for making us also feel so welcome!

I enjoyed my very short stay at your fabulous place on the beach. What a terrific spot you have created! The artwork is wonderful and the gardens are simply terrific. Loved the hammocks on the beach decks!!

Your hospitality was warm and so welcoming - I didn't feel like a stranger at all. And your guests were so friendly - they made a solo traveler feel very much at home.

The next time I come to Florida, I want to stay with you again!! I'm looking forward to it alread.
