Beach Place Guesthouses

What a great trip we had. The Guesthouses are the place to stay if you want to experience Florida the way it used to be. It is a fabulous place for anyone wanting to relax and get away without the noise and people of a big hotel. I can't wait until our next visit. Definitely on our list of places to stay for the future.

Thanks for a great summer getaway. We had a fantastic time soaking up the sun and relaxing on the beach. We were thrilled with our guesthouse and hope to come back and visit with you again.

We stopped by Saturday, May 27th looking for a place to have a small wedding either Thanksgiving weekend or in March. Very flexible looking for best prices but when weather is warm enough for swimming in ocean.

We stayed Mothers Day week-end-May 2011 and it was wonderful!!! Best place we have found for complete relaxation,from walking on the secluded beach, to sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck and looking at the ocean, to cooking dinner in our wonderful kitchen. We have been here twice now and won't wait a year between visits to come back. Owners are very helpful with anything you need

We enjoyed our stay Friday through Tuesday, never long enough. Thanks for the wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Other than the love bugs all was great. Will be back and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again and hope to be back soon. Our dogs Lucy and Benji says thanks we had a wonderful time too.

What an absolutely wonderful vacation!! It was so hard to leave the relaxed atmosphere and hospitality! My husband and I loved everything about Beachplace and are already looking forward to our return trip next year!! Hernando and Joseph are amazing and extend every courtesy to make sure your vacation is perfect! We HIGHLY recommend Beachplace!!

I believe other website owners should take this site as an example , very clean and good user friendly design .

Staying at your guesthouses was easily the best part of our week vacation to FL. They're beautiful! We are definitely looking forward to coming back. Three days wasn't nearly long enough!

We had the best vacation here-EVER! We spend our evenings on the patio with a campfire overlooking the ocean, singing and playing the mandolin. The ocean was right outside our patio door and we saw beautiful sunrises each morning. The photos of the property do not do it justice--it is gorgeous and a much larger property than portrayed in the pics. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Our second stay last week was as wonderful as our first and we're already looking forward to our next stay! Yours is our favorite vacation spot in Florida!

Thank you for making our mother/daughter weekend get-a-way so special. The surroundings are so beautiful. The crystals around the property brought such calmness to me. On behalf of Matt and I, I want to Thank You for the most perfect venue for our wedding on September 18th. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

The location was breathtaking,how I did not know about this place is amazing as I have been from there since 1988. Being steps from the ocean was magical, the landscaping/decor pristine and the setting was all so perfect.

Our guests are still raving how it was the best party/wedding they have ever attended. Thanks to you and all of your attention to detail in making sure our weekend was just right.
